  • How does the program work? 

     

    3LG will customize a website that allows your employees to borrow audiobooks to listen to on their own time. The website will include your branding, name, logo and customized registration information so you can track department names, location codes, or whatever details you want. The selection of titles available to your employees will be designed based around your competency development model and can be professional/work related, home/life related or a mixture of both. New titles can be added or old titles removed at any time. Employees will fill up a queue with selections they are interested in and 3LG will mail out two titles at a time for a two week rental period with a postage-paid return mailer included. As soon as old titles are returned, new titles are sent out.

     

  • How do we promote the program to your employees? 

     

    A simple broadcast e-mail is all you need to get started. 3LG will send you a draft which has been successful with other organizations. You simply edit it and send it out. In addition, we pay for a gift certificate drawing which is open to anyone who places an order within the first 10 days of program launch. This helps encourage people to try it, and gives you another opportunity to promote it when you announce the winners. 3LG will help you promote the program as often as you’d like. We can do additional drawings, monthly emails of new releases, etc.

     

  • How do people get their selections? 

     

    We use whatever works best for each individual client – UPS or the Postal Service. Employees are provided with a pre-addressed, postage-paid mailer to return their selections.

     

  • What happens with lost, damaged, or stolen items?

     

    We swallow the cost of all items not returned, lost or damaged and you’ll never hear about it!

     

  • In what format(s) are the audiobooks available? 

     

    We have everything available in CD and hundreds of titles still available on cassette for those that have older cars. We can make both available for your employees.

     

  • Do you have a BYOD?

     

    June 2015 we will launch our mobile app which offers OnDemand content with over 75,000 titles. Our app will be avaiable on iTunes and Google Play, working on all IOS and Android versions.

  • What is the cost for this program?

     

    There is a one time setup fee for the website based on the size of your company. This fee includes all hosting charges and any changes for life. Even should you decide to stop the program and restart at a later date or need a complete redesign, you will never be charged this fee again. The actual rentals are charged on a pay-per-use basis. There are no late fees, membership fees, monthly minimums or anything like that.

     

  • Is there any way for me to pilot this program? 

     

    Absolutely! We have three different options. You can sign up here for a FREE trial that will give you up to four audio rentals for free and allow you to experience our service first hand. We also have  our standard “Take Us for a Test Drive” pilot where we customize a website for FREE and allow 100 managers to have unlimited usage for 60 days. The cost for this pilot is $695 and allows you to see how the program will take off in your particular company. Our third option allows you to customize any pilot that you’d like. You tell us how many employees you’d like to include and for what duration and we’ll let you know how much it will cost. Alternately, you can give us a dollar figure that works for you and we’ll tell you how many employees we can accommodate and for what duration.

     

  • Is there a way for me to ensure that employees don’t use more than “x” amount of titles per month?

     

    Yes! We have different programming options available and will be happy to discuss your particular needs when you decide to proceed. Our trademark is flexibility and our goal is to ensure that the program is 100% what you are looking for!

     

  • What do you require in terms of a contract/PO?

     

    We are very flexible. We don’t require any long-term commitment and there are no termination fees or monthly minimums. We can do a simple one page letter of agreement or provide information to your Purchasing Department if they need to make it more formal. All we ask for is a 45 day termination notice so we have time to retrieve all of our materials that are in circulation. We can bill you monthly or you can give us a lump sum at the onset of the program and we will send you monthly statements to let you know what your balance is.

     

  • Sounds great-how long to get started?

     

    We can be ready to service you within two weeks of your issuing a P.O or signing the letter of agreement. Usually, the longest constraint is getting the P.O. issued and having multiple people sign off on Web site revisions.
