Family Programs
In 2005, the Department of Veteran's Affairs suggested we take our unique professional development service and re-create it to serve the needs of our nation's veterans and military Family Members.
3Leaf Group liked the idea and eagerly set to work creating customized “Family Programs” designed to help, inspire, and educate veterans and military Family Members nationwide.
We offer hundreds of resources on topics of interest to this audience, including stress management, personal finance, relationships, coping with loss, job skills, health, and a variety of others. The uniqueness of our offerings is underscored by the fact that we lend audiobooks.
Instead of an over-committed Family Member having to make time to get to a base or classroom, they can learn/enjoy on their own terms, when and where it's convenient for them. They turn down time into productive time; listening while commuting, exercising, or going about their other activities.
The "Netflix™-like" aspect of the program makes it even easier, with a simple process to create a queue of resources each individual feels they can benefit from. In addition, we mail selections directly to the listener and include a pre-addressed, postage-paid mailer for easy return. Veterans and Family Members find the process simple and efficient and enjoy our wide range of quality offerings. We are currently receiving a 4.86 satisfaction ranking on a 5 point scale.
