How it Works
We customize a website based on your competencies. Employees choose the resources they need and fill their queues. 3LG mails up to two selected items with a postage paid return mailer included. Employees enjoy their selections for up to three weeks.
Users listen to selected titles at their convenience on their own time and return materials by mail upon completion. Upon receipt, 3LG sends more items from the queue. 3Leaf absorbs the cost of all lost, unreturned, or damaged items.
Getting Started
Our whole system is easy to use and easy to set up... in fact, you couldn't get simpler if you tried.
1. You Sign Up - You tell us you're interested. We create a simple, one page letter of agreement that will not lock you into a contract for any length of time.
2. We Customize - 3LG designs an exclusive website with your name, logo, and customized registration information. We customize a catalog of professional development audiobooks on CD around your competency development model. You can choose from thousands of selections conveniently organized by category and we'll make them available to your employees.
3. We Market...Together - Marketing is key to a successful program. Our team provides custimizable broadcast emails, flyers, and other marketing materials to encourage usage and knowledge of the program. 3LG will help you promote your site as often as you'd like by sending monthly emails announcing our new releases to keep your employees enthusiastic about your program.
4. You Enjoy - Your employees start receiving their selections through the mail. We provide a pre-addressed, postage-paid return mailer for those who use the USPS. We cover all costs for lost, damaged or stolen items and you'll never hear about them. Oh... and problems and complaints - as scarce as they are, you won't hear a thing. We handle all the administrative details, so you can keep your time for yourself. We'll just send you monthly usage reports and forward feedback to keep you abreast of the program popularity.
