
Would you get a divorce in order to telecommute? I would hope not, but apparently 5% of Americans would. According to CBS Moneywatch, a survey of 2,630 adults found that there are quite a few things that people would be willing to give up in order to forgo the daily commute in favor of working from home:
Daily showers: 12 percent
Social media: 34 percent
Texting: 30 percent
Chocolate: 29 percent
Smartphone: 25 percent
Shopping: 20 percent
A salary increase: 17 percent
Half of vacation days: 15 percent
