Good book to listen to if you need motivational tips and quotes. Although not all the tips are helpful, there are many that can help you reach others to better motivate them. Many quotes can be posted for all your office to see!

But the narrator's voice sounded like Steven Wright and was a little to droning and some anecdotes sounded repititious.

Although I found the information in this audio useful, the narrator's voice was definitely not motivating. Basically, good info, bad listening.
