Family Programs
Family Programs can be enhanced with our customized Family-oriented offerings.
The Department of Veteran's Affairs suggested we take our professional development service and re-create it to serve the needs of our nation's veterans and military Family Members.
We offer hundreds of resources on topics of interest to this audience, including stress management, personal finance, relationships, coping with loss, job skills, health, and a variety of others. The uniqueness of our offering is highlighted by the audio aspect. Instead of an over-committed Family Member having to make time to get to a base or classroom, they can learn on their own terms, when and where it's convenient for them. They turn down time commuting, exercising, or on work-related travel into productive time, listening while they go about their other activities.
The "Netflix™-like" aspect of the program makes it even easier, with a simple process to create a queue of resources they feel they need, and including pre-addressed, postage-paid mailers for easy access and return.
For the sponsoring organization, the news gets even better since we handle ALL program administration, and all interaction with the Family Members is handled by 3Leaf.
Our largest program to date is with the Army National Guard, where we are currently receiving a 4.77 satisfaction ranking on a 5 point scale.
